Join our team and help create a memorable dining experience for our valued customers. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, hospitality, and brand development. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to enhance the restaurant group's brand identity, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the overall success of our establishments. Duties/Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity for the restaurant, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including menus, signage, online presence, in store decor and marketing materials. Formulate and implement long-term brand strategies that align with the restaurant's values, target audience, and business objectives. Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant, seasonal menus, special events, and promotions. Collaborate with the social media team to create compelling content. Manage and enhance the restaurant groups online presence, including the official website and social media channels. Develop engaging content and monitor online reviews to maintain a positive brand image. Increase and grow SEO traffic to restaurant groups, review Google Analytics for ad reporting & monitor all website traffic analytics. Develop strategies to engage and build a loyal customer base. Gather customer feedback, and analyze data to enhance the customer experience. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with the restaurant's brand and values. Manage and enhance the restaurant groups merchandise. Provide merchandise sales updates, new asset suggestions, update merch selling platforms and manage inventory. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use market research to inform branding and marketing strategies. Required Skills/Abilities: Proven experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies. Strong understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends. Creative flair and a passion for culinary experiences. Excellent creative and analytical skills. Proficient in digital marketing and social media management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Multitasking and analytical skills. Desirable: Graphic Design experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Attention to detail: A strong sense of attention to detail; proactively advising on mistakes before they are posted/displayed publicly Required Years of Experience Minimum 2 years of experience Physical Demands & Work Environment Some positions may involve frequent bending, moving, lifting, and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds; standing up to eight hours each day; working in all weather conditions. Non-Physical Demands Frequently requires time pressures, frequent change of tasks, tedious or exacting work, and working with others as part of a team. Occasionally requires performing multiple tasks simultaneously, emergency situations, and irregular schedule.
