Job Description PBS Global Lead at a glance The GBS PBS Global Lead will be responsible for managing the global delivery of People Business Services within Kraft Heinz's Global Business Services (GBS) model. The successful candidate will lead teams based in our Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India and Mexico, ensuring the efficient delivery of end-to-end process services, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement aligned with business goals. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for P&P Operations and Transformation initiatives, integrating closely with the P&P 5.0 Transformation Office. What's on the menu? Build and manage high-performing teams across our Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India and Mexico, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Provide growth and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career progression. Regularly evaluate team performance and implement strategies to improve service delivery, efficiency, and effectiveness. Collaborate with People and Performance (P&P) senior management to support the design and deployment of strategic initiatives within Kraft Heinz. Drive the evolution of P&P processes through continuous improvement projects, tech enhancements (including GenAI initiatives), and other innovations Deliver Global Services (all processes) globally with excellence, customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure the accuracy of process outputs, and enhance employee satisfaction by maintaining efficient and compliant operations Recipe for Success: Apply now if this sounds like you! I have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. I have at least 15+ years of broad experience across People and Performance (HR) processes, with a generalist profile. I have demonstrated success in managing complex global HR processes through a shared services model. I have proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with at least 10+ years in a leadership role. I have strong track record in managing relationships with global stakeholders and navigating cross-functional teams. I have strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others. I have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, global environment.
