What You'll Do: As a Consultant, you will provide essential Controller and CFO services to our clients on-demand. Your expertise will help businesses thrive by offering financial leadership and strategic insights. You'll work closely with business owners to optimize their operations and achieve their goals. Location Flexibility: While we require candidates to be within commuting distance of our offices in Reading, PA , or Spring House, PA, we also embrace hybrid work arrangements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree required Certified Public Accountant and / or Master's degree is desired 5-10 years of current or recent experience in public accounting or other industry working as a Controller / CFO Experience within an advisory or consulting environment focusing on financial services Knowledge of accounting software packages and ability to adapt/learn to different accounting software technology Successful at fostering strong relations built on trust and credibility Adept at meeting challenging client requirements and deadlines Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong MS Office skills Detail focused and driven to achieve high standards Strong general business acumen Onsite at client 40-50% Why Join Us?
