About the job Business Development Manager - Travel ESim ABOUT THE ROLE Were seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts across the Americas. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. WHAT YOULL BE DOING Market Expansion: Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate and grow the Americas market. Identify and prioritize key market segments and opportunities for expansion. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners Strategic Partnerships: Identify and engage with potential partners and stakeholders to foster strategic alliances. Lead negotiations and manage relationships to secure and sustain high-value partnerships. Collaborate with partners to co-develop market strategies and joint initiatives. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue targets through a combination of new business acquisition and existing client growth Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to key decision-makers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the curve. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals. Provide market insights and feedback to shape product development and marketing strategies. Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and key achievements. Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize strategies. WHO YOU ARE Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong focus on the Americas region, preferably in Travel industry Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing strategic partnerships. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and business analytics tools. Fluency in English; additional language skills (Portuguese and Spanish) are a plus.
