Zixi is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning and Analysis ("FP&A") Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning to support the company's rapid growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of financial statements and KPIs, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Analyzing financial performance against key business metrics and summarizing meaningful financial highlights that enable management to track progress against goals. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, and presentations for senior management, the board of directors and other parties. Participating in the annual budgeting process and forecasting efforts, collaborating with the leadership team and the CFO. Monitoring and analyzing budget variances, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. Preparing and analyzing key performance indicators, highlighting trends, and presenting to the leadership team (i.e. ARR trends, gross and net retention, pipeline statistics, conversion rates, sales efficiency, etc.) with variance and trending analysis. Monitoring bookings data to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline health, supporting accurate revenue forecasting. Evaluating the financial impact of potential business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives. Ad hoc financial modeling and analyses as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, or related field preferred with a track record of strong academic performance. 1-4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or similar role. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with a solid understanding of financial statements and basics of U.S. GAAP. Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite a plus. A sharp analytical mind with the ability to break down complex financial data, pinpoint critical trends, and translate into actionable insights. An ability to identify ways to enhance efficiency and optimize processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to varied audiences including the senior management team. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Software/technology and/or PE-backed company experience a plus.
