Reports To: Director, US Marketing Based on the candidate's location, the role may be remote or a hybrid role at our US Headquarters in Mount Laurel, NJ or one of our regional showrooms. Position Summary Position responsible for planning, development, and implementation of marketing programs, demand generation campaigns, and support large-scale events as part of the larger Teknion US Marketing team as well as regional and showroom events. Engage with industry marketing, channel marketing, offering management and creative services, digital marketing, and regional teams to support your campaign and portfolio strategy. Supports day to day requests and requirements of a sales-driven marketing department, including the development of marketing materials, including print and digital. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities : Support sales and dealers on client pursuit related materials to support mock-ups, client presentations, and RFP submittals, and other client facing deliverables for must win opportunities Work cross functionally with the Teknion Proposal team + Global Accounts marketing to provide consistent branding + strategic positioning. Work in coordination with other members of the Regional and Corporate Marketing teams in supporting the sales force with development of materials as needed. Plan and execute, in partnership with other company stakeholders, any major events. Plan and execute regional events for sales and showrooms as needed. Other duties and projects as assigned. Maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external partners. Work in a manner that is consistent with the overall goals and direction of the corporation. Experience, Skill and Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Additional experience in lieu of education may be considered. A minimum of five years of experience in marketing or sales management. Industry experience preferred. Broad knowledge of marketing processes Experience managing complex, large scale events and projects. Exposure to digital and print marketing Ability to write creative, content-rich copy Strong project management skills Ability to work closely with internal teams and external vendors, providing clear direction and feedback Excellent planning, organization, and written/oral communication skills Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking Ability to travel as necessary (approx. 25%) Technical Skills Adobe Creative Suite, particularly inDesign Ceros preferred PowerPoint GSuite - particularly Drive and Sheets The ideal candidate will be proficient in the following areas: communication, cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, contract furniture industry, project management, digital marketing, design, and having FUN!
