Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Treasury Financial Analyst. You will be directly involved with the production and maintenance of daily, monthly, and annual reports used by senior management in various decision-making processes for the firm. As part of the treasury team, you will also be responsible for liquidity and capital management, risk reporting, and creating internal and external financial reports. The Treasury Financial Analyst will work closely with the Treasury team to ensure that the organization has adequate liquidity to meet its financial obligations. In this role, you will: Manage liquidity by monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash flows, and coordinating with business units to ensure that liquidity needs are met. Prepare presentations and supporting documents for internal and external parties. Create non-GAAP financial reports for management and external stakeholders, utilizing financial data to identify trends and provide insights. Collaborate with other departments such as accounting, operations and trading to ensure the organization's financial goals are met. Monitor and analyze market trends, including interest rates, foreign exchange rates, and economic indicators, to identify potential risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks and credit rating agencies. Liaise with accounting to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field 5+ years' of experience in treasury management, risk management, or working with Broker Dealers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Technical experience in Python or SQL is a plus
