An Automotive Account Executive at Ourisman CDJR is expected to create positive relationships with our customers in order to build a book of business. With enough hard work, this role can grow into a lucrative career opportunity. Our sales executives typically earn $60,000 - $90,000 a year. Top performers earn up to $120,000+. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is willing to put in the effort required to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Greet & assist customers - Help customers find the vehicles they are looking for - Make vehicle suggestions based on the customers' needs - Demonstrate vehicle features - Take customers on test drives - Build relationships with your customers - Work independently throughout the day Qualifications: - Valid driver's license - Clean driving record - Can drive manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles - Good organizational skills - Capable communicator - On time and prepared to work - Reliable, can follow directions - Able to excel in a fast-paced environment Experience: We are looking for candidates who have worked with customers in a previous role. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
