Job Title: Product Coordinator - Creative Services Department: Art/Production FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary : This position is responsible for the ideation and creation of custom product mockups for use on digital platforms, including eCommerce, as well as sales support pieces. Manage relationship, direction, and project flow to third-party vendors, including those employed for supplemental mockup creation. Maintain and update print area templates and design specifications for products across the network of Boelter vendors. Create concept designs upon request for special projects, programs, or websites. This can include creating presentation materials, virtual proofs and style guides. Modify and implement designs generated by others to ensure quality product mockups based on method of decoration and feedback from customers, product category managers, and production team. Provide input on others' designs and assist in optimizing available decoration area to maximize branding opportunity. Oversees design of Boelter-branded custom product to ensure that it adheres to current brand guidelines. Learn and implement continuous training with existing software and future upgrades to ensure maximum utilization. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Software includes Adobe Graphics Suite, Prinergy Workflow, Insite Prepress, Microsoft Office. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar experience (submit portfolio) Proficient with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Bridge, Lightroom and additional Adobe Suite experience a plus High level of attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong project management skills Must be resourceful, team oriented, be a proven self-starter and able to work independently. Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
