Lead and oversee all aspects of public affairs project management for Gilead Sciences. Required Knowledge, Experience, Skills: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management Experience working in a complex organization, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage senior executive teams. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential roadblocks or delays. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners. Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams to achieve project objectives. Conduct regular project reviews and provide timely and accurate updates to senior management. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management. Manage project resources and budget to ensure cost-effective delivery of projects. Stay current on industry trends and market dynamics to inform project strategies and decision-making. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to drive overall business success. Desired Knowledge, Experience Skills: Possess a strong understanding of public policy and media relations Experience in corporate communications, including messaging, branding, and crisis management Understanding of executive support functions, strategic planning, operations management, and cross-functional collaboration Location: Foster City, CA
