HiFyve has a client URGENTLY looking for a Plant Manager in Michigan. Benefits: Full Package + Relocation Salary: $175K-$205K + 20% Bonus Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring production schedules are met, and high-quality standards are maintained Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Safety and Compliance: Ensure the plant operates in compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a safe and healthy work environment Budget Management: Develop and manage the plant budget, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources to meet financial objectives Continuous Improvement: Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations and quality standards through robust quality control processes Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Proven track record of plant turnarounds and managing 300+ people in a Union Facility Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of successfully managing a manufacturing plant Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Excellent leadership and team-building skills within a turn-around facility Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and controlling costs Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization If you are interested in this opportunity apply here or reach out directly to or 913.449.4580
