Wulco Inc. was established in 1990 to unite two long-standing Greater Cincinnati companies, Jet Machine & Manufacturing and Rocket Supply. In 2020, CIMA Packaging became apart of the Wulco portfolio and in 2022, Wulco extrended its operations into Pennsylvania with the acquisition of NextGen Armor. Specifically, Jet Machine is Wulco's largest division who specializes in close tolerance machining, fabricating and assembly primarily serving the military defense industry. One of Jet Machine's projects consists of uparmoring CAT vehicles such as excavators and front loaders. Job Responsibilities - Responsible for light fabrication such as cut, drill, grind - Assembly and installation of assigned parts, pieces on both the interior and exterior of the vehicle - Troubleshoot minor mechanical, electrical repairs - Must be able to read and interpret blueprints - Inspect final products for quality and ensure they meet specified requirements - Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner in compliance with safety guidelines Job Skills and Requirements - Must be able to comfortably to lift up to 50 pounds - Proficient in equipment such as a measuring instruments, torque wrench, power tools - Welding and/or electrical background is strongly preferred - Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Benefits - Full healthcare benefits on Day 1, including a free medical insurance option - Dental, vision insurance - Short term disability - Company paid long term disability - Company paid basic life insurance - PTO accrual - Paid holidays - 401k retirement with company match Wulco Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate in the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other status protected by law or regulation.
