As the Entry Level Sales Manager, you drive sales growth by overseeing a designated territory and managing a smaller team of Outside Sales Representatives. You are responsible for onboarding and training new team members and ensuring they receive optimal coaching and mentorship in outside sales, customer service techniques, client compliance requirements, and territory management. The Entry Level Sales Manager is the subject matter expert in all company policies, client promotions, product and service offerings, and people processes. You are responsible for creating a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and high performance in our Sales Representatives through their ongoing training and development. The right individual for this role is driven, focused, growth-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. ***Please note that this is an entry level position and you will be required to train in outside sales, promotional marketing, and direct customer service prior to managing a territory and sales team.*** Entry Level Sales Manager Core Responsibilities: Lead from the front and execute field sales and promotional marketing activities Communicate with potential buyers and review available products and services that suit the buyer's needs Answer customer questions thoroughly with the utmost level of professionalism and honesty Onboard and train Outside Sales Representatives in our sales methods, customer service and promotional marketing Monitor sales performance in a designated territory and identify areas for improvement Maintain a working knowledge of available promotions, confidentiality requirements, and new customer onboarding procedures to maintain compliance with the client Entry Level Sales Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Communications is preferred, but not required At least 1-2 years of applicable experience in a sales or customer service-oriented role with a proven track record of success and driving performance Possess a confident demeanor and thrive in a social setting Outgoing personality with a knack for building fast relationships with various types of people Unbelievable work ethic with a can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset Desire an opportunity to grow with an organization and join a team that supports your personal and professional development #LI-Onsite
