As a manager within the international tax team, this role is primarily responsible to assist in the review of the international components of the Company's tax provision from an ASC 740 perspective, assist with international tax planning projects, review and, if needed, assist with the preparation, of the international components of U.S. federal income tax return related to the EMEA region. Additionally, this position will also support cash repatriations and international tax controversy matters, as directed Assist in the company's international tax matters including: Proper US GAAP tax reporting of international operations, which includes supporting the tax compliance process, review, and if needed, preparation of information returns for the US income tax return (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, and related disclosures) Repatriation of foreign cash in a tax efficient manner Support for international income tax audits by gathering information and preparing draft responses Support Planning Projects in the EMEA region All other associated corporate income tasks as they apply to Dentsply Sirona, Inc. and its subsidiaries This position holds the responsibility of the following in collaboration with and under the direction of the US International Tax Team for the EMEA Region: Assist in the foreign tax provision process for interim and annual periods Provide and understand required and pertinent information for planning purposes Assist in the implementation of global income tax reduction strategies Working with Tax Director, EMEA, and other business personnel in the international locations to ensure the results of tax returns, tax audits, tax provisions, and planning are accounted for correctly, and necessary steps are taken to respond to tax audit information requests timely and appropriately. Assist in the accurate and timely calculations related to the international tax attributes and positions for US reporting purposes for interim and annual periods, which includes review, and preparation, if needed, calculating the estimated E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Section 163(j) and foreign tax credit Education: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent CPA preferred, but not required Advanced degree (MST, JD/LLM) preferred, but not required Years and Type of Experience: 6 or more years of progressive tax experience with a preference of 4 years focused on international taxation Multinational Corporation Experience Experience with Big 4 accounting firm preferred, but not required Experience with OneSource suite of software, including Income Tax and Tax Provision, is preferred, but not required Experience with analytic tools, such as Alteryx or Power BI, preferred but not required Experience with project management Dentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employer.
