Job Type Full-time Description Optima Dealer Services provides Staffing and Consulting Services to the most luxurious auto Dealerships. The Janitor role is integral to the smooth and successful cleaning operations of the entire Audi Beverly Hills Auto Dealership including maintaining a clean Dealership environment for our staff and guests. Duties: Replace water bottles for Guests Replace the coffee Machine and Supplies Clean and disinfect Broom and Mop floors Wash Windows Take off the trash Inform Management of any products, materials, or tools are needed Always follow safety procedures, and wear safety gear and non-slip shoes. Requirements Good communication skills Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds Good organization skills Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners Excellent time-management skills The physical demands: Described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
