Financial Reporting Senior

Banyan Search is assisting an exceptional client based in the Triad with their search for a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant. This position will support the financial reporting process including internal and external financial reporting. Responsibilities include: Assist with the monthly and quarterly closing process Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements Support the preparation and review of SEC filings including Form 10-K and Form 10-Q Perform account reconciliations Prepare analytical reviews of financial statements Assist with preparation of schedules for external auditors Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Accounting or Finance Public accounting experience strongly required CPA preferred Advanced Excel skills Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment Strong communication skills Interested and qualified Senior Financial Reporting Accountant candidates should apply directly to this posting, .
