Myers Capital Advisors is seeking a strong, detail oriented Client Service Specialist to ensure the office runs efficiently. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice while providing superior customer service to existing clients and prospects. Position requires employee to perform industry specific tasks such as application submission, account transfer follow-up, and client service work. This includes charges/withdrawals, index annuity reallocations, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation (i.e. updating client account summaries and gathering the correct product brochures and applications). Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. • Conduct regular financial reviews and offer recommendations to help clients meet their financial goals. • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, update information, and forecast future needs. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and address any client concerns promptly. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients. Qualifications: • Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner • Record notes form every client conversation in the database • Complete the process new business applications • Create appropriate client file for each new account • Complete and process client service work • Submit any additional client contributions to appropriate account • Update database to reflect account status regarding account service or new business • Follow-up on pending business with appropriate companies and call each client with an update • Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers, or amendments • Prep all new accounts for delivery and schedule delivery meeting with client • Follow-up on pending service work and call each client with an update • Assist Advisor with pre-appointment preparation (applications, etc.) • Gather account values and complete client review summary for upcoming appointments • Call clients with annuity renewals and give Advisor's recommendation • Complete, submit, and maintain compliance blotters and transactions • Present and review YTD production and pending business report during weekly team meeting • Manage RMDs for all qualified client accounts • Process transfer paperwork • Maintain current licenses and appointments with agencies and companies • Provide business submitted/issued report to Advisor • Review database to ensure client records are up to date Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Highly organized with strong follow-through • Process driven while completing tasks • Ability to prioritize day-to-day tasks and issues • Resourceful in problem resolution • Phenomenal phone skills and ability to build trust with clients • Operate with a proactive approach when dealing with Advisor and clients • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time • Demonstrates persistence to achieve quality • Not adverse to change • Ability to learn quickly • Positive disposition • Highly organized • Team oriented Minimum Requirements • 3 Years prior experience working in insurance and/or financial industry Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. • Conduct regular financial reviews and offer recommendations to help clients meet their financial goals. • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, update information, and forecast future needs. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and address any client concerns promptly. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients. Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 per year
