Glen Raven Logistics is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for execution of sales and marketing strategies to both new and existing customers which will result in the meeting or exceeding of annual revenue and profit goals. ** This is a work from your home office with travel to customers within your region** Perks and Benefits Health, Dental and Vision Benefits Short Term & Long Term Disability 401 (k) Retirement Plan and Pension Plan Wellness Program Vacation & Holiday Pay Responsibilities: Work with VP, sales to develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential opportunities "Get the Sale" using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) Manage the entire sales cycle from finding client to securing a deal Maintain and expand client base within your assigned territory Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data Utilize to log all customer information and sales contacts Investigate problems, prepare reports, develop solutions, and make recommendations to management in order to resolve customer complaints Provide feedback to Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure all have accurate and timely information Evaluate customer needs and build productive long lasting relationships Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company's customer service priorities are aligned with total company direction Maintain the highest level of safety for all Glen Raven and Contracted personnel Experience & Education: This position requires the equivalent of a 4-year business degree or commensurate experience 2 years of previous related experience is required, 5 years preferred Possess self-confidence, positive mentality, with the ability to manage territory effectively Strong product knowledge, client relation, and presentation skills Why Glen Raven: Working at Glen Raven allows you to be part of a hard-working team proud to weave connections worldwide with some of the most trusted brands in textiles like Sunbrella®.
