What we are looking for: The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing plans for JARS vertically integrated brand portfolio. The Brand Marketing Manager will be the driving force to win over consumers, develop innovative marketing initiatives and support sales for JARS' wholesale brands. Additionally, the Brand Marketing Manager will coach their team to perform best in the industry. Job Duties Conceptualize, develop and manage account programming in collaboration with sales and other marketing teams. Lead regional product launches, innovation and campaigns, ensuring cross-functional support. Leverage all parts of the marketing mix to create effective brand programs, including but not limited to advertising, trade, digital, promotional, events and more. Hire, manage and onboard specialists, leading with development and coaching. Project management for marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, support trade and win our consumers. Work with 3rd Party Vendors to curate and support brand swag, education, merchandising, collateral, etc. Collaborate with creative, sales and operations to build strong brand marketing plans. Identify market opportunities that authentically align with the brand portfolio. Stay up to date with cannabis regulations, policies and trends to ensure marketing program feasibility and success. Create measurable goals and objectives for all brands marketing initiatives within the portfolio and recap with evaluation of ROI.
