The ideal candidate will be hands-on and strategic while also possessing experience operating in a unionized environment, executing company projects, managing change and driving process improvement. This role has a heavy focus on HR operations, specifically implementing and executing HR programs such as compensation and benefits, HRIS, leave administration, workers compensation and compliance. Bachelor's degree preferred. 7+ years of HR experience required Experience dealing with employee relations and managing initiatives Strong strategic orientation, analytical skills, critical thinking abilities Demonstrated the ability to analyze and manipulate data The salary range for this role is $80k-$95k.
