LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company located in Princeton, NJ. We are in search of a treasury analyst.The Treasury Analyst will collaborate closely with the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Associates. Under the guidance of the AR Associate, the analyst will accurately and efficiently track and record tenant receipts. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of transactional data. Additionally, under the AP Associates supervision, the analyst will maintain the AP inbox, process invoices in Yardi/Payscan, research vendor payment histories, and handle various ad hoc reports. Treasury Analyst - Princeton, NJ (Hybrid: 4 Days in Office, 1 Day Remote) Pay:$50-60k Essential Job Functions: Track and maintain rent collections across all payment types and legal entities. Prepare daily upload files for Yardi integration. Generate and distribute the daily cash report. Assist with monthly sales tax reports for FL and AZ properties. Contribute to the preparation of the monthly delinquency report. Support ad hoc asset management requests. Investigate tenant collection histories and assist in tenant communications. Coordinate and submit check deposits. Upload supporting documents and memos into Yardi. Prepare T&E payments from Concur to Yardi/Payscan. Assist with the year-end 1099 reporting process. Support invoice uploads into Yardi. Competencies: Excellent communication and time management skills. High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Education/Experience: Associate degree acceptable; Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year of work experience required (Real Estate experience preferred). Experience with Yardi is highly beneficial. Knowledge of online banking treasury systems.
