The C&I TAM is a fast-paced role where you are an integral part of the team dedicated to supporting some of the top entities in the commercial and industrial PV market. You are the primary technical SolarEdge voice in conversations with all team members of your assigned accounts. Your goal is to ensure their overall satisfaction with all aspects of the SEDG sales, installation, and asset management experience for your target accounts. Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize organizational OKRs to develop and manage Service Level Agreements for all assigned accounts. Support Sales initiatives on assigned accounts including increasing market share, increased attachment rates, and running successful pilot programs Develop and execute Strategic Success Plans on target accounts Establish Tiered support of accounts and keystone projects Ensure tracking of Project opportunities, and won projects in CRM Maintain continuity of service throughout the project lifecycle Manage communication plans for assigned accounts Work cross-functionally within the organization to ensure that the needs of the accounts are met Provide reporting on activities associated with accounts by internal and external resources Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications : Highly motivated, organized, and solution orientated individual Ability to communicate and set expectations; skills in mediating and resolving conflict Strong professional communication skills across all mediums Experience with CRM reporting Solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite of tools Work well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines 3-5 years Commercial, Industrial, or Utility PV industry experience Familiarity with PV Inverter topology especially module level power electronics (MLPE) a plus High School Diploma or equivalent NABCEP, PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification(s) preferred BA/BS in Engineering or Renewable Energy field a plus Ability to travel internationally Travel 25% of the time with occasional short notice travel requirements FAIR PAY & A JUST WORKPLACE At SolarEdge, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation. The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $70K-$100K. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at SolarEdge. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
