Credit Analyst LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Credit Analyst who will report to our clients Credit & Collections Manager and will coordinate and support the execution of the Accounts Receivable and Credit & Collections process for the US Animal Health customer portfolio. The Credit Analysts role is establishing credit limits for new and existing customers. This position requires strong collaboration with the team , managing 2 portfolios to start. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership by working well with key stakeholders, be organized, and be able to multi-task efficiently. Additionally, the Credit Analyst will supervise at least 2 collectors, providing direction and support. Location: 100% Remote - 10 AM EST to 6:30 EST. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility Criteria RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish credit limits for new and existing customers. Release orders that are on hold in compliance with established procedures. Prepare customer credit write-up recommendations for upper management. Support the Manager with day-to-day activities and the US Collections Portfolio deliverable. Responsible for Credit & Collections for the US which include: Daily engagement with key account customers Manage and execute Dunning Process Follow up on disputes, deductions, late payments, issues that delay payment of invoices, etc. Liaise with Customer Service group to enhance customer experience by resolving open inquiries in a timely matter Coordinate and support the preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports for areas related to the customer collection portfolio as requested by management. Proactively identify issues and risks within the applicable areas and support their timely resolution by escalating issues to the Collections Lead as required. Liaise with the Credit Risk team daily on customer issues relating to order holds, delinquency, and financial concerns Assist the Collections Supervisor and Credit Manager to identify and implement process improvement and best practices. Leverage related systems and follow procedures to ensure a robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, and accounting policies and procedures. Establish credit limits and release orders following policy. Additional projects and assignments as assigned by the manager. QUALIFICATIONS (Prior Experience, Education, Skills/Traits): Two to five years of experience working in the Accounts Receivable department with Credit & Collections computer experience (e.g. Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookup) Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting preferred. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Polaris) Ability to leverage and build ERP skills to ensure operational excellence and service quality Knowledge, insight, and experience in financial accounting Experience preparing customer credit write-ups and recommendations for upper management Knowledge of and experience with D&B reporting and financial statement analysis Experience with SOX Compliance for credit process Previous experience working in a large multinational firm or Animal Health/Pharmaceutical industry preferred Experience handling high-volume account portfolios and balancing multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with establishing credit limits and releasing orders Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in English and applicable local language(s) Capable of working independently and applying analytical skills in the credit & collections process Pay Details: $34.00 to $40.00 per hour Search managed by: Jason Timothy Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
