Salary + Significant Performance-Based Bonus Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract new clients, with a focus on Virginia Beach and Williamsburg, VA. Forge and maintain partnerships with local senior living communities, healthcare professionals, and other referral sources to increase client referrals. Lead a variety of marketing initiatives, such as digital campaigns, social media presence, event marketing, and traditional advertising, to boost brand visibility and client engagement. Use Hubspot to track, analyze, and report on the outcomes of marketing activities, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. Act as a brand ambassador for Commonwise Home Care at various events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services. Compensation: Base Pay: $62,500 annually. Bonus Plan: $1000 bonus for each new client that comes from your referral source and stays 60 + days on the census, or $500 for each new client that comes from your referral source and stays between 30-60 days on the census.
