DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Deliver end-to-end complex software engineering projects, including embedded software and hardware design, application software design, and emerging technologies. Make pragmatic design decisions identifying risks, trade-offs, and alternatives. Analyze existing processes and technologies for shortcomings and make recommendations for improvement. Deliver high-quality and performant code and hardware solutions that set standards. Perform unit and integration testing and report and troubleshoot defects and project issues. Identify issues within the requirements and actively contribute to course-correction strategies to address these challenges. Scope and execute software and technology projects involving multiple engineers. Act as a resource and provide coaching and mentorship to other engineers.
