Join us, as we reshape the future. Job Summary: Replimune is a fast-paced start-up environment that is constantly evolving. We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join our Finance department. The Senior Accountant will be an Accounting role that performs key elements of the monthly close with an emphasis on tasks related to our clinical trials. The successful applicant must have a solid understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and ideally have direct experience supporting clinical trials. This position is based in our Woburn office and welcomes hybrid work! Local candidates are expected to be on-site 2 days per week. Responsibilities Prepare monthly principal investigator and vendor accruals, accompanying journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. Liaise with clinical trial managers to stay up to date on changes to study protocols, sites, geography and strategy and translate those changes into their accounting impact. Identify close process improvements and enact changes to reduce the time to prepare and increase the accuracy of accruals. Review, reconcile, and approve site invoices for Principal Investigator sites for clinical trials. Identify and summarize trends in clinical accounts and prepare account trend dashboards to present to leadership. Operate with a view to strengthening and improving controls over financial reporting. Play an active role in working with the external auditors on the annual financial audits and quarterly reviews. Support the accounting team with ad hoc projects and requests as needed. Other duties assigned Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. Required Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of accounting experience required. Similar clinical trial accounting experience is a plus Strong systems skills; experience with / ERP systems, Oracle is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel. A high degree of accuracy and a very strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
