About : Kapoor Law Firm is a premier law firm specializing in Immigration and Business Law matters, representing Plaintiff and Defendant clients from New York City and Long Island. We are seeking a Third-Year Associate to join our litigation and business law team based in Garden City, NY. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills, including: 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably within Business and Corporate Law Admission to the New York State Bar Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members Commitment to providing exceptional client service Excellent legal research and writing abilities Experience appearing and doing oral arguments in State Court Experience managing multiple priority projects simultaneously Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal theories. Conduct due diligence Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents. Draft and review commercial agreements, contracts, and corporate documents. Handle commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract disputes, partnership disputes, and business torts. Maintain regular communication with clients Manage all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
