M&R Auditor Summary: CRG's rapidly growing Transportation client in Southwest Charlotte is seeking a M&R Auditor to join their team! In this role you will be responsible for systematically reviews all pending maintenance and repair (M&R) work orders to assess their reasonableness, ensure billing accuracy, and approve or reject requests. Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: 100% Remote after training Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Location: Charlotte, NC Compensation: $23/hr. (conversion salary $52,000 annually) Responsibilities: Utilize a web-based work order management system to review work orders prior to payment. Ensure compliance with established repair guidelines, confirming proper usage of repair codes and parts. Troubleshoot work orders flagged for further review, collaborating with Field M&R personnel to resolve any questions or issues. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to address work order concerns effectively. Identify trends in vendor behavior, including duplicate work and repetitive repairs, and report findings to Corporate M&R management. Qualifications: College degree preferred but not required; comparable work or military experience is acceptable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. Mechanical aptitude related to commercial tractor/truck maintenance is a plus.
