About the team We are seeking a senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shop User Growth team. The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers WW. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok Shop. Responsibilities: - Working for the user growth of TikTok Shop (E-commerce business), you will design and execute scalable growth strategies worldwide while focusing on peculiarities. - Create and design new loyalty/rewards programs to engage and retain customers while striving to promote the business and grow customer satisfaction. - Assess customers' shopping behavior and design new subscription programs to engage and retain customers while striving to promote the business and grow customer satisfaction. - You will own the strategy, execution & narrative for the subscription, loyalty, and rewards programs. - Define and improve key customer lifecycle metrics, including number of new customers, repurchase rate, average order value, etc. - Facilitate team collaboration by designing and deploying the latest tools/best practices WW. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Have 3+ years of experience leading a consumer subscription program - 3+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or operations in a technology company. - Experience with team management and independently responsible for core business metrics. - Strategic and logical thinker with effective planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Passionate about understanding user demands from different cultural backgrounds. - Excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications - Masters Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or operations in a technology company. - 5+ years of experience leading a consumer subscription program.
