Offering frequent suggestions for business and process improvements to clients. Interacting with key client management to obtain information through giving on-the-job training to audit field workers. Oversees the work of various audit engagements while staying under budget. Provide timely and direct feedback to engagement teams that adds to the team's and individual members' continuous growth. Responsible for the creation of financial statements and management letters. Handling all aspects of an engagement, from planning to financial statement issue. Supports new client growth by engaging in client meetings, presentation, and proposal preparation. Audit department management, which includes billing, scheduling, and staff development. Minimum 6 years of recent progressive audit experience in public accounting firm. Prior management experience required. Experience in planning, organizing, implementing and controlling engagements. Professional demeanor towards duties and responsibilities, particularly with regard to independence, professional ethics, and the exercise of professional judgment.
