They are a growing company looking for the right person to join their lively work environment. Salary/Hourly Rate: $24 - $28/hr Position Overview: The ideal Junior Accountant candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This Junior Accountant position provides an excellent opportunity for to gain hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. Responsibilities of the Junior Accountant: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Support month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Assist with audit preparations and provide support during audits Qualifications for the Junior Accountant: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred Benefits: Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility.
