Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Insurance CRM Administrative Assistant to support our team with data entry and gathering customer's information and filing. They will also assist producers when needed. Responsibilities: Process and review insurance documentation and ensure all documents are complete. Take payments from customers and process them. Managing CRM system with client information. Process insurance documentation and ensure completeness. Assist with customer service needs for producers. Prepare insurance proposals and other forms for customers. Assist with policy changes and account maintenance. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License within the first 9-12 months of employment. Comfortable with computer programs and CRM systems.
