Portfolio Accountant

Portfolio Accountant (Loop, Hybrid) Our client, a global real estate investment management company located in Chicago's Loop, is looking for a Portfolio Accountant! This person will support the accounting and reporting process for a real estate investment portfolio reporting under Fair Value GAAP. This job in a nutshell: Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes, reporting requirements, and year-end audit and tax requirements Monthly financial analysis and review monthly financial statements Complete cash management transactions We are looking for (key requirements/preferences): Bachelor's degree in Accounting 1+ years of accounting experience from CPA firm with real estate or financial services clients CPA or CPA in progress Sells: Professional, smart, and fun culture, they have great synergy here!!!
