Job Type Full-time Description The Marketing Assistant General Manager is a key position working with customers, outside sales representatives, marketing, manufacturing, and gaming commission regulators to increase sales and manage our rapidly growing product lines. Arrow is searching for a hands-on sales and marketing leader skilled at building lasting business relationships. The Marketing Assistant General Manager works with customers to sell and develop products from inception to completion. This individual will work with a fun, creative, hardworking team, and learn from the best in our industry and develop skills to advance and lead product development in the future. This role interfaces with customers, manufacturing, and creative departments regularly, offering broad exposure within the organization. Requirements Responsibilities: Lead team of creative and product development professionals. Sell new and existing products to key customers on a regular basis, solicit ongoing business and generate new ideas, allowing our customers to achieve financial sustainability and continue to support their respective communities. Build relationships with new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers; enabling the organization to understand the needs of our customers, maintain our competitive advantage as well as keeping a pulse on the market and identify trends within the market. Strong collaborator working cross functionally with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, etc. Inventory Management: manage multiple SKUs and products, as well as creating new product offerings for our customers. Ability to juggle multiple priorities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Finance, or related degree Minimum of 10 years of experience, managing customer relationships, and leading a Team. Salesforce and AS400 experience a plus. B2B experience dealing with independent distributor sales teams. Good judgment, an eye for quality, and knowledge of printing, and promotions marketing are desirable Experience in charitable gaming a plus Experience leading a team in new product development. Effective verbal and written skills, must be a good communicator. Thrive in a fast paced, high energy, demanding environment. Skilled in multiple types of sales including phone or in person. Ability to work with cross functional teams, marketing, creative, sales and manufacturing departments. Commercial print or promotional sweepstakes experience a plus Experience selling to a distributor network is strongly preferred - this is not direct to consumer.
