Senior Staff Accountant

Job Title: Staff Senior Accountant Location: Hackensack, NJ Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Staff Senior Accountant with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to join our clients finance team in Hackensack, NJ. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality financial management and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Conduct cost accounting and variance analysis to support manufacturing operations Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes Mentor and support junior accounting staff Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on the manufacturing industry Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills How to Apply: Please email resumes to for immediate consideration.
