Supervise and support RBTs and other paraprofessionals, ensuring treatment fidelity and accurate data collection. Monitor client progress, collect and analyze data, and make program adjustments as necessary to support treatment goals. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is accurate, confidential, and in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations. Provide training and professional development opportunities for RBTs and other team members. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and therapeutic interventions. Qualifications: Active Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Preferred/Nice to have: Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally as a BCaBA New Story and its affiliated schools are proud to be equal opportunity employers, celebrating diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
