As Director of Finance Technology for Uline, youll oversee the integration of technology with finance, managing key projects and guiding a talented team to support our expanding business. Position Responsibilities Partner with IT to manage the finance technology roadmap, budget and day-to-day operations. Manage finance tech projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet scope, timelines and budgets. Design technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and the customer experience, while ensuring regulatory compliance. Lead, mentor and develop the FinTech team, fostering growth, collaboration and high performance. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in business, finance, data analytics, IT or a related field. 10+ years of combined finance and technology experience, with 7+ years in leadership. Experience in analytics, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred. Familiarity with Oracle, Power BI, Python, RPA, AI, and Tableau is a plus. Adaptable with strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
