About the job Business Development Executive (US) Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive in Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience business development. The Senior Executive will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and achievements Stay updated with industry developments and market trends to identify new business opportunities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the relevant industry Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Willingness to travel as require
