Position Overview Our client, a growing company in the NYC Metro Area , is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead the financial planning and analysis function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth. The FP&A Manager will develop financial models and collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business strategy. The candidate will work on-site 3 days a week . Key Responsibilities Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making and drive performance improvements. Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing financial performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and business strategy. Present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial trends and risks. Provide strategic insights to support capital allocation decisions and evaluate investment opportunities. Continuously enhance FP&A processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities. Qualifications Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or in a similar financial leadership role. Expertise in financial modeling , forecasting, and variance analysis. Ability to provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership and influence decision-making. Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel . Strong communication and leadership skills , with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. Compensation and Benefits Base salary ranging from $145,000 to $165,000 per year, depending on experience.
