Sr. Operations manager - Service Desk Duration: 3 to 6 Months (CTH) Location: Parsippany, NJ Hybrid (2-3 days on site) JOB DESCRIPTION: 7-10 years of management experience Experience in: •Service desk. •Delivery manager. •Telephony metrics. •ServiceNow reporting, pull reports, look at ticket data, figure out what we're not able to resolve. •Strategically looking at data and calling out items required for resolution. •Weekly or bi-weekly improvements. •Understand what is happening and call out the operations review. •Know how to report. •Different metrics to look at for service desk. •Hands-on experience. •Someone who grew from bottom.
