Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting new hires, onboarding employees, ensuring accurate completion of paperwork, and assisting in the enrollment of employees in benefits and insurance programs. Additional duties include compliance reporting for workers' compensation, OSHA, and health card requirements, maintaining accurate personnel records, collecting time and administering payroll, assisting and maintaining employee recognition efforts, and updating the company Facebook with events that include employees. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Woodbine, Maryland. Work Environment M-F 8am-5pm on site in Woodbine, Maryland.
