This role involves significant data entry, working with insurance companies, and negotiations. Proficiency in Xactimate or similar software is required. Key Responsibilities: Accurately estimate residential roofing project costs. Utilize Xactimate software for detailed and precise estimates. Perform data entry and maintain comprehensive records. Work with insurance companies to support claims processes. Negotiate to ensure competitive and profitable project bids. Requirements: Proven experience in estimating residential roofing projects.
