Position Description: Lantronix, a global supplier of electronic components, is seeking to fill a Channel Marketing Manager position. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with partners, channel sales, product line managers and the corporate marketing services team to execute and measure co-op programs with channel partners. This includes introduction and ongoing management of partner campaigns, distributor portal, content and collateral coordination, direct marketing activities, awareness and promotional campaigns, coordination of partner training programs and both partner and channel events. The Channel Marketing Manager will work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to create and drive channel initiatives, will continuously deliver ROI reporting metrics on all executed activities, and provide marketing reviews on a regular basis. Duties/Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key distributor marketing personnel. • Assist Channel Sales with development of strategic plans for channel promotions and/or marketing plans to help drive specific channel sales goals. • Manage tactical implementation of Channel promotions such as newsletters, banner ads, email campaigns, print ads, etc. • Analyze promotional activity KPIs to determine profitability and make recommendations for future execution. • Manage Co-Op/MDF (Marketing Development Fund) agreements, tactics, and invoicing for selected partners. • Coordinate and facilitate partner training programs, virtually and in-person. Work closely with Channel Sales and Product Line management to create field sales collateral and training materials. • Ensure effective onboarding of new Distributors supported by Channel Operations and Channel Sales. • Coordinate with Marketing services to ensure the success of partner trade shows and sales events including product samples, collateral requirements, booth & graphic requirements, travel and all other necessary logistics. • Manage Distributors use, effectiveness and continuous improvement of Partner Portal. • Conduct regular partner website audits and facilitate content updates. Required Skills/Abilities: • 5 years marketing experience • Bachelor's degree in related field Preferred Qualifications: • Candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and business acumen with a customer centric focus and urgency to obtain strategic objectives. • Understanding of both direct and indirect sales distribution channels, methods, and processes. • Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and budgeting skills. • Exemplary communication skills, with attention to detail in both written and oral, to a broad set of internal and external stakeholders. • Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners. • Ability to build effective relationships with cross functional teams, sales, partners and customers. • Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency • Applicants should be an expert with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook). • Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
