Celebrations Speech Group is hiring both full-time and part-time OTs for an in-person assignment in Oakland, CA. Work with a supportive and inclusive school district with a below-average caseload of around 25 elementary and middle school students. Key Responsibilities Provide direct Occupational Therapy services and execute IEP treatment plans. Supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) as needed. Accurately document treatment plans, progress reports, and update student evaluations. Implement therapeutic interventions and collaborate with the special education team. Attend training and support both Special Education and General Education staff. Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the success of students and the team. What We're Looking For Required : Current California Board of Occupational Therapy license. Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, with an active or pending California OT license. Strong ability to connect with staff and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
