We believe in empowering your future! We are seeking an experienced Benefits & Wellbeing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to leading and executing all aspects of our organization's benefits programs, including health and welfare benefits, leave management programs, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, rewards and recognition programs, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing employee wellbeing and a proven track record in benefits administration. Key Responsibilities: Benefits Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, HSA, leave management, and wellness programs. Lead the execution of retirement programs and related processes, including plan design, analysis of Federal, State, and local laws, development of training and resources, and system development and implementation. Partner with benefits brokers and carriers to ensure efficient administration of all employee benefits, including resolving coverage issues, processing claims, and addressing employee inquiries. Lead the annual open enrollment strategy, manage open enrollment for benefits, and ensure the accuracy of open enrollment elections to carriers at the end of the year/beginning of the new year. Manage leave management programs, review and recommend updates to internal processes, analyze costs, evaluate vendors, and oversee all accommodation requests. Lead the new hire benefits orientation program and ensure the accuracy of enrollment information in our systems. Manage the reconciliation process, resolving billing errors, eligibility issues, and adjustments for all benefit plans, including 401k and COBRA. Analyze data to assess program performance and trends, making recommendations for program enhancements. Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit administration, questions, and issue resolution. Rewards and Recognition Programs Oversee the day-to-day operations of rewards and recognition programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Manage the budget for rewards and recognition programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals. Continuously evaluate and improve program effectiveness through employee feedback and data analysis. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations. Review new Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and reporting and controls needed to maintain compliance. File Form 5500 and complete 1095c processes. Conduct complex nondiscrimination testing for qualified retirement plans. Support audit requests and complete governmental reporting requirements. Communication and Education: Develop and maintain benefit information and policies on internal communication resources. Create and distribute communication materials and strategies to enhance employee understanding of benefit offerings. Conduct benefits education and training sessions for employees. Work Experience Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-10 years of senior benefits analyst/administration experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience administering leave management programs and retirement plans. Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local benefits laws and regulations. Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for thought-leadership. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or other benefits-specific certifications strongly preferred. Previous management experience preferred. Travel Requirement: Up to 20%
