We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team. As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings, such as office spaces, schools, retail stores, hospitals, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of commercial plumbing codes and practices, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities: 1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and fittings. 2. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other relevant personnel to determine the best plumbing solutions for each commercial project. 3. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements and ensure accurate installation. 4. Inspect plumbing systems and identify any potential problems or maintenance needs. 5. Troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, or damaged pipes, and make necessary repairs promptly and efficiently. 6. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure their optimal functioning and prevent potential breakdowns. 7. Install and maintain water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing appliances and equipment. 8. Adhere to building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines when completing plumbing projects. 9. Ensure proper documentation of work performed, including detailed records of repairs, replacements, and installations. 10. Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians or HVAC technicians, on multi-disciplinary projects that require integrated plumbing systems. 11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology, tools, and equipment. Requirements: 1. Proven experience working as a Commercial Plumber or similar role. 2. Excellent knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and practices. 3. Familiarity with various pipe materials (e.g., copper, PVC, PEX) and their appropriate applications. 4. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications. 5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces, heights, and inclement weather conditions. 10. Valid plumbing license/certification (if required by state or local regulations). 11. Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation.
