Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our AI Partnerships Team at Meta. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving global partnerships to support our cutting-edge AI products.At Meta, we have been pioneering advanced approaches to AI for over a decade. Through our open approach, we have been investing in the future of AI in collaboration with experts across the field on projects such as PyTorch, AI supercomputers, AI infrastructure, AI for accessibility, Llama 2 and more.As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving partnerships from term sheet negotiations through product launches, managing relationships, and growing, measuring, and optimizing partnership success. We are looking for a leader who will be passionate about AI and enjoy working with product teams and multiple partners. It is essential that you are comfortable navigating cross-functional teams to achieve your goals. Required Skills: Business Development Manager, AI Partnerships Responsibilities: Defining, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships for Meta's AI products Managing relationships with partners, identifying new opportunities, and growing partnership success Working closely with product and engineering teams to define priorities and identify key opportunities Managing external and internal cross-functional teams when integrating products or technologies with external partners Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the AI industry Working cross-functionally with legal, marketing, finance, product, and engineering teams to negotiate deal terms, drive special projects, advocate internally for partners, and educate on industry trends Providing regular reports and updates on partnership activity and performance Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of work experience including in business development, strategy or related fields Experience leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate and complete deals, including experience interpreting legal documents and working with attorneys to complete agreements Experience in working closely with product and engineering teams Experience in developing and driving business strategies and initiatives with senior stakeholders Interpersonal skills and experience developing working relationships inside and outside an immediate team or partner organization Analytical and problem-solving skills Base level knowledge of the AI ecosystem including the technology, what large and small companies are doing, industry alliances, and broader government and regulatory positions Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
