Job Description Exciting Opportunity for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Expanding Pain Management Clinic in Florida - Competitive Salary, Mentorship, and Work-Life Balance! Healthcare United is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing, physician-owned pain management clinic with more than 5 locations in central Florida. This position offers professional growth, collaborative care, and a healthy work-life balance in a patient-centered environment. Position Overview: Role: Provide post-procedure care, prepare new patients, and participate in patient consultations and follow-ups Collaboration: Work closely with other pain specialists and team members as part of a comprehensive pain management approach Procedures: Opportunity to perform procedures with experience, with mentorship provided Locations: Serve patients across several clinic locations in central Florda Schedule: 5-day work week in the clinic with an 8-hour workday Support Staff: Dedicated Medical Assistants to assist with note dictation Requirements Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pain Medicine preferred, but not mandatory Experience in post-procedure care and patient consultations Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a comprehensive pain management approach Benefits Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $105,000 - $115,000, with bonus opportunities starting in Year 2 Malpractice Insurance: Full coverage provided Work-Life Balance: Strong emphasis on maintaining work-life balance Relocation Assistance: Offered to help ease the transition Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 weeks of PTO, plus holiday pay CME Allowance: Support for continuing medical education, including paid time off Health Benefits: Full health benefits including vision, dental, and accident coverage Retirement Options: Participation in supplemental benefits including SLTD, Basic Life, AD&D, and LTD & STD Additional Perks: Reduced fee schedule for office visits and more This is an excellent opportunity for a PA/NP to grow professionally while being part of a supportive team focused on comprehensive pain management.
