We're seeking a dedicated Finance Associate to join our team and take charge of escrow accounting and commission processing for real estate companies. If you have 3 to 6 years of finance experience, with a preference for real estate or related field knowledge, we want to hear from you! Role Overview: As a Finance Associate, you'll be responsible for managing escrow accounts, processing commission checks for real estate agents, and handling various financial tasks for multiple real estate title companies. Working closely with the Finance Manager and Owner, you'll ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. Your duties will include bank reconciliations, escrow follow-up, general accounting tasks, and providing support for other real estate-related entities as needed. Responsibilities: Receive, deposit, and generate escrow checks for real estate closings. Process commission checks for real estate agents in a timely manner. Assist with finances for multiple real estate title companies, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate with the Finance Manager and Owner to prioritize tasks and address any finance-related inquiries. Learn and utilize multiple software programs to facilitate financial operations. Handle detailed and fast-paced work environment with precision and efficiency. Requirements: 3 to 6 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under the direction of supervisors and independently when necessary. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred. Location and Work Arrangement: This role is based in our offices in Newtown or Hellertown and cannot be performed remotely. Candidates must be able to work in-office on a full-time basis.
