All that we're missing is you. Apply today! About the role Reworld Sales leadership is looking to grow our selling team and is seeking to expand on our National Accounts Program. The National Account Manager will be responsible for direct selling activities into key market segments. The successful candidate will execute our sales strategy, be responsible for the profitability and sales budget through direct selling activities including prospecting, furthering the development of relationships with prospective customers, adding new locations and lines of business and be a closer on NEW Business. The candidate will report to the Senior Director of Sales-South and work closely with our Customer Care, Solutions Sales Managers, other Sales Directors, and Waste Approval Teams to ensure all aspects of the business are efficiently and effectively managed. As an outstanding and experienced Environmental and Sustainability Sales Leader, you will develop and execute a multi-faceted sales strategy to gain market share by providing REWORLD Solutions to large National and Global businesses building the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This National "Hunter" role is designed and compensated for performers who deliver against ambitious business goals in a fast-growing company. Candidate ideally lives in the Southeast corridor within the markets we serve. Responsibilities include: Identify and develop business opportunities to grow REWORLD's profitable revenue by providing customers Sustainable Solutions, transportation, Industrial Services, Liquids management, Recycling, Containerized Waste, and other Lines of Business. Forecasting and reporting - Will actively communicate and input activities and pipeline opportunities through CRM/NetSuite Sales and Administrative Processes - Will follow established protocols regarding contracts, credit, pricing, procedures, and documentation. Drive profitable revenue growth. Execute on pricing strategy. Execute on Marketing leads. Communicate with sales leadership team. Maintain a high level of knowledge of REWORLD Liquid solutions while staying current in understanding the Roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary for the customer and REWORLD. Will perform other duties as required. Subject matter expert within industry segment(s). Position Requirements: 5+ years' experience in National Accounts/Business Development within the Environmental industry, preferably in the food and beverage industry. A sales leader with demonstrated track record and a culture of winning. "Hunter" and new business development mentality. Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Sciences or equivalent experience. Ability to understand and communicate internally and to customers the technical capabilities of REWORLD facilities, operations, transportation and waste approval processes. Ability to be analytical and strategic with pricing. Ability to communicate the REWORLD value proposition across all levels of the client organization. Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated and technical industry. Demonstrated track record of successful negotiation skills. Demonstrated track record of executing on company strategy. Travel up to 20%. Innovative and results-driven seller. Consistent track record of success, driving revenue growth against quota and increased profitability. Strong experience in sales and sales leadership methodologies and best practices. Ability to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline development and management. Entrepreneurial, energetic and focused with a passion to succeed. A creative, out-of-the-box thinker. Analytical and metrics-driven through all stages of the sales cycle.
